They don't taste THAT much like cheesecake but you can taste it a little bit.

Preheat oven to 180*C/350*F.

Melt Butter in a pan and leave to cool down.

In a bowl, whisk the cream cheese and sugar together.

Beat the eggs together and add to the mixture slowly making sure it's well mixed together.

Stir in melted butter.

In another bowl, mix the flour and the cherries together.

Pour and stir in the wet mixture to the dry mixture.

Spread the mixture out evenly into muffin cases in a muffin pan/cupcake pan.

Bake for 12 - 15 mins until golden brown. Make sure the middles are ready by poking a knife into them - if the knife comes out clean, it's ready.

Dust with icing sugar.
