I made 3 of these for a "Moulin Rouge Troupe" based on Becca's Pattern (Thanks Becca :))
Instead of making an underskirt, we bought long satin underskirts, which I ruched up at the side seams to give a festoon effect. We worn corsets which we already owner to finish the look.
