    Collect supplies and set up your work space.

    mix food color with water. Depending on how red you want add more or less drops.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Begin to spray your paper.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Wait for paper to dry. If you want more speckles then repeat steps 3 and 4.
