Recipe

  1. 1

Let the butter soften at room temperature and then mix the butter and the sugar in a bowl.
    /!\ don't microwave butter
You can use a blender or a mixer to mix if you want.

  2. 2

Add the egg and eventually vanilla sugar.

  3. 3

Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix it well.

You can add peanut butter if you want, it's good without, but it taste so good with ! :P

  4. 4

Butter a baking tray or cover it with a silicone sheet (you can also use a sheet of greaseproof paper).
With two tablespoons, or just with your fingers, form dough nut spacing them because they will spread during cooking.

  5. 5

You can add chopped nuts, raisins, shredded coconut, etc.. on the top of your cookies, they will look amazing !
I used colored sprinkles for cakes.

  6. 6

Bake 10-15 minutes at 356 °Farenheit (180°Celsius). They must be out when outlines begin to turn brown.
    voila !
