I went to a convention that happened to be selling a lot of vintage buttons as well. This project is really simple and quick, but it came out a rad necklace. :)

drill two holes on the top of the button
-
attach a jump ring to each hole
-
on each side of the chain put two beads that would end up dangling on top of the button. I used colors that matched the button. Attach chain to jump rings. Add a clasp if needed and waaaalllla!
