  1. Step 1

take a pot and fill the half with water and heat it up
then take another (smaller) pot and put it in the heated water (it doesn't have to be boiling water)

  2. Step 2

    put in the smaller pot:
    -3tbsp of sweet almond oil
    -2tbsp of beeswax
    then stir

    it will melt fast

then add 2-3 drops of vanilla oil

  3. Step 3

at this point you can add 1tbsp of honey if you wish
or customize the lip balm by adding different essential oils

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

and take it off the stove and pour it into a container of your choice

let it cool on a normal room temperature..
if you put it in a freezer it tends to make some gaps..

    design a label for it

    and your done!

KaRa:i used containers i found in my house..i think they were from some used-up lip balms which i bought long time ago..but you can buy them online or use something that was a container for something else..

I just made this and it is great! I added a bit more oil to make it softer, but it works well as it! I also added tea tree oil for added lip care. I found little pots and roll up chap stick containers at my local craft store for really cheap. Overall, I would definitely recommend this project.
