Almond Milk Lactose Free

  • Completed Project: Almond Milk Lactose Free Picture #1

Lactose free AND vegan friendly

A friend of mine owns an all natural fruit and food bar that uses as much vegan friendly food as possible.

This is what she uses as an alternative to milk.Unlike animal milk, almond milk contains no cholesterol or lactose

For the weight conscious, unsweetened almond milk is lower in calories than cow's milk or soy milk.

You can actually use ANY type of nut for this.

Nut milk bags are avaliable at most heath food stores or online.
