  1. Step 1

    first saperate the egg yolk and white. mix the flour, water ,milk, oil, sugar,salt, yeast and the egg white in a large bowl.make a sticky dough. let it wait in a warm place for an hour.

  2. Step 2

    then mold the dough (its now less sticky).take small pieces (it wiil be as big as an egg). roll out the small ball of dough (you can use a little oil because dough may stick to your hands).rub some olive paste and twist the dough.make a new ball.when you finish all of them brush them with egg yolk ,make it wait for half an hour(in a warm place).


  3. Step 3

    then put in the oven of 175 c for half an hour.

depends on the stuffing you use. i put olive paste in it so it is not sweet.but i sometimes use marmelades, then it turns to sweet.
