So this has been done before but I'd like to start it off again. I plan to buy a journal and then send it around the world and everyone who wants to can add their thing to it, a message,a poem, a picture, a photo, anything :) The idea is that I post the journal to you and you either post it back to me or to the next person (depending on the circumstances) and it carries on until the journal is full :) In return I will gladly write something in your journal all send you a little gift with the journal :) Anyone interested? :)

okay :) i like marys idea about everyone starting a journal :) We'll give it until sunday the 17th for people to sign up and then we can start a chain of posting and each journal goes around once, monday the 18th would then be the send out date to the first person, how does that sound?

so would we all be mailing an actual journal or just a page to eachother?

I don't understand how all of us are we going to send a journal... can't it get confusing? maybe someone will receive the same journal twice? I don't get it... sorry hahahaa

We tried this idea before and never managed to get the books back !
I really like the idea of trading book pages though.
Maybe we could just trade a summer journaled page double sided to each participant then we could assemble or add it into our own.Keep it 6x4 for standard postage.

I like the idea of mailing just a page to each person. Sending one book back and forth to people is a cool idea, but if were all receiving and send books, it might get expensive and confusing.

I think a cool theme would be "travel" talk about a favorite vacation, or reasons people travel to where you live or something like that. Just throwing that out as an idea :)

I like the idea of swapping pages but don't think it should be limited to a specific theme. I think we should just make a page for eachother that we think best represents who we are or things we like/ like to do

we need a page size too, otherwise some may send out a 4inch page, others a 12inch page.

Yeah Ani you should set up a swap for this :) Since it was your idea, and you should be able to set it up anyways you want. You have a lot of people interested in it!
