It arrived on an incredibly frustrating day in the middle of an incredibly horrendous week, which is probably why i didn't get round to it, BUT it certainly cheered me up :D

Uh, I really don't know. Maybe you should try and send a private message to them asking whether they have received your happygram or not - it spoils the surprise, I know, but people are probably really busy in this period, with Christmas approaching and everything, so they might be late posting on the board.

I can empathize.I've send 4 happygrams and only two have reached their recipients.I never received the one from Andrea which she so kindly posted on the thread.
The only thing I can think is that we really need to be careful how we package them etc. and send them with an ever hopeful wish that they will reach their recipients.
If they do totally disappear maybe we could post images so at least people could see the work and thought that went into them.

I've got a Happygram from Jolanda yesterday.
The poem she wrote on the happygram about love really hit me. I got the happygram just before I left to see and say goodbye my best friend for the last time. So you can guess why it was so hard.

The Happygram I was going to send out the 10th of november still is here. I haven't been able to send it because of the death of my best friend. I'll try to send it soon.

I guess we need to be extra patient with posts in this period, too. Here in Italy Christmas rush has already started - my, it starts sooner and sooner every year, I'll never get used to it.

The rule of thumb I use in this situation is: if I don't get it by January the 15th is officially lost. Jepp, it can take that long to process first class mail.

At the post office they were very honest: from December the 10th or so they stop processing regular mail in favour of express and signed mail, and national always goes before international. I guess they need to have rules in this period of the year.

I finally posted my last Happygram I've talked about.
I hope it gets soon at it's destination.

Thanks Suzanne/Dragonfly for the great Happygram! I love the bracelets and necklace, theyre so pretty. I cant post a pic right now cuz im on someone elses computer, but theyre great. :) I'm probably wearing that necklace on christmas cuz the bottle matches my hair right now (my hairs red/blue/purple) lol howd u know? :P

I had your Happygram finished just before I got the news. So I only had to send it. I haven't done any new Happygrams yet. But the distraction of swaps is good for me.
