what are they i swap atcs all the time but idk what this type of swap is help???

Nice to see you back.
You need to read the thread for Happygrams-It's clearly explained there what they are.
Regarding inchies I hosted around 10 swaps with them last year so you could look those up.
There's an inchies how to
If you google search or check my flickr and photobucket sites you'll see swap examples.
