Can anyone suggest a pattern close?

Hi, I'm wanting to make this dress but am having trouble finding a pattern close enough to alter.

it's the red dress from Doctor Who's new companion as worn in the Christmas episode. I've found Simplicity 1819 which i could use for the bustle and Burda Pattern 7880 for the skirt. But i'm having no luck finding a front fastening corset top with long sleeves. I could probably manage a decent halter corset and just add sleeves but it has to over bust, front fastening with no laces.

Anyone have any ideas/

Perhaps a pattern like this? It isn't long sleeved, but things like that are reasonably easy to adjust.

I don't really know much about corsets but I thought these looked like they could be adapted.

Ahh, the Clara Oswin dress.

The skirt should be simple enough (you shouldn't even have to make it from scratch. Find a long a-line red skirt and add the flounces overtop)

I made a shirt much like that before and I actually used this pattern:

I just extended the non-flared part of the sleeve.
