How do you make a triple tiered poofy skirt?

I've been looking at various types of skirts for a ballet costume with a tudor theme but it's extremely difficult to find tutorials for that kind of thing.

oh I made an apron EXACTLY like that last year! Though had two tiers its pretty mmuch the same thing. Ok, so I'm kinda assuming u want it to go all the way round, as mine was only an apron, it just covereed the front.
So, how to make it, going all the way round.
This type of skirt is called a full circle skkirt, so basically it's just three circles of fabric on top of each other, with a hole in the middle for your waist. You could just google how to make a full circle skirt, then make three of different lengths, but this picture shows the basic pattern that you have to make, or buy.
good luck!

I would love to know how to make the above apron, skirt only. Is it the same as making the full skirt? I've been looking for a simple half apron pattern with tiers and the above picture is exactly what I'm aiming for minus the bodice part.

If you want it to really "poof" out, instead of just sewing the center of all 3 skirts together you can make a fitted skirt and sew each of the tiers to that upside down (so that when you turn it right side up the fabric falls forward over the seam). You could also make or buy a petticoat to go underneath.
