Mod Podge is like a glue and a sealant in one. I used Outdoor Mod Podge for this project. Their website is right here if you wanted more information! (I bought mine at my local craft store, though.) http://www.plaidonline.com/apmp.asp

Hey Sarah, Step four on the crocheted sweater is when you make the sleeves. So you have to make a loop to put your arm through. You have to do a triple crochet in the first two stitches, just like you would with any row. Then you have to chain 25,then count 16 stitches starting with the one after your second triple crochet. Then do a regular triple crochet into the 16th stitch. you should of make a loop with the chain 25. and then realy the rest of the step is explaining how to do the same thing on the other side in the same row.
I hope this makes sence and I always find it easier when I have what I am crocheting right there and doing what they say stitch by stitch.
