I finally got round to making the how to :)

  • Step 1

    Knit in the round

    Cast on 28 stitches
    purl 1 row knit 1 row for a total of 14 rows.

    Continue to work in stockinette stitch 8 rows and then cast off all stitches.
    Sew bottom closed.

    TAIL:
    Working from right to left pick up 8 stitches at the left bottom side of the cosy with green
    Knit every row.
    Cast off 1st stitch beginning of every uneven row.
    Cast off last stitch and pull thread through remaining stitch to secure.

    With purple
    Cast on 20 stitches beginning at the end of the tail and ending at the middle and front of the opening of the cosy.

    Knit 2, slip 1* repeat from * to end of needle.
    next row cast off all stitches.
