What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

I have a very small kitchen that holds a maximum of 2 people. I try to clean up as I cook, and am always putting things away.

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Try new recipe and explore. Don't be afraid to try new things. These are the things that open up your culinary mind.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

I would say Gordon Ramsay, but I don't think I could live up to his expectations, so Barack and Michelle Obama.
I would prepare my favorite garlic crusted salmon with fresh vegetables and a cheesecake for desert, all featuring organic ingredients.

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

I like to bead costume jewelry in the little free time that I do have. I am also an avid reader of mystery novels.

Which cooking blogs do you love to read?

gimmesomeoven, cookieandKate, pinchofyum to name a few
