When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
I was 9 years old when I started cooking. My first recipe was vegetable soup, and it turned out delicious
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
I have a large kitchen with an 8' x 10' island and a 6 burner gas stove and a grill. I also have a large pantry where I keep all my ingredients. Everything in my pantry is gluten-free
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Start with simple quality ingredients, fresh produce and lots of fresh herbs and spices
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
For me a good dinner party is about family. I would invite my entire family and cook them their favourite meal which is schnitzel, red cabbage and parsley potatoes. I would finish the meal with a chocolate lava cake

Photography and food styling is my passion

I very rarely read other cooking blogs. My recipes are inspired by my family, friends and in-season produce

My goal is to show you how to master mouth-watering meals for small crowds, large gatherings or just that intimate dinner. Using ingredients that promote good health, incorporating vibrant fruit and vegetables, spices and flavours from around the world and still make it fun and simple
