You Will Need

Medium
Sweet Potato
roasted and smashed, can be made in advance
Can wild
Salmon
Bread Crumbs
I used Italian

Eggs

Green Onions
thinly sliced
Juice of half a
Lemon
2 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp
Plain
Greek Yogurt
can use mayo if preferred
1 tsp
Chipotle
seasoning
2
Cloves
Garlic
finely minced
1 tbsp
Fresh
Lemon Juice

Step 1In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix to combine.
In a large skillet heat the two tablespoons of oil over a medium heat. -
Step 2Form the salmon mixture into 6 evenly sized patties. Fry in the skillet until golden brown color, about 5 minutes per side.

Chipotle Yogurt Sauce
While your patties are cooking make you chipotle sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve on top of the patties.
