I love these. I have a pr in gold and silver but I bought them. Been looking for red or pink and now have the solution. 1 question...were your shoes canvas? what were the shoes made of? thanks.

Hi, it is just normal pva glue - but you could use any. You may want to think about varnishing them with like a spray varnish or hairspray or something because after a while glitter comes off... either that or just top them up again. good luck x

I love when people ask where you bought things you have made from, it's a great feeling!

WOw Thanks!
I have gone through about 4 pairs of shop bought dorothy shoes already and then couldn't find them in shops after a while. So I though It would be far easier to just make my own!!! People are always coming out with the Wizard of Oz jokes, and a lot of people have been asking me recently where I bought them xx

Now why didn't I think of that? I got married this past october and wore ruby slippers down the aisle but I bought mine at a costume store since it was october and there were lots of the seasonal costume stores open. This would have been way more creative! Well Done Happy
