Magazine Waste Basket

Cool, but time consuming

Could you use like, E6000 glue or something..? I don't have a hot glue gun...

Love it already... Just need to start. Have been wondering what to do with all my mags...

when making the circles how do you hold them together while the glue dries? I have been having and awful time trying to figure this part out.

did you rip the entire magazine, or just pages? if pages, do you glue them all together for each coil?

I made the magazine rosette necklace last week but, i never would have thought to use the rings for making other things like that!

I've made a box like this...I used hot glue and it later fell apart.

This is too pretty (and took too long to make) to use it as just your typical wastebasket. (Plus little things like cough drop wrappers would just fall through it). If I go to all the work to make this, I will use it as an attractive receptacle for magazines or rolls of gift wrap or at least a place to store lovely items....definitely not garbage.
