If You Give a Moose a Muffin is my all time favorite. I make all my friends sit down and let me read it to them at least once haha

My favourite when I was like 3 was this book about a mother rabbit & a baby rabbit where the mum kept going on about how much she'll always love her baby. I also adored Beatrix Potter books. I live in Cumbria where she did when she was writing & I used to go to the museum when I was a kid every time I went into the Lake District. I liked Peter Rabbit & Mrs Tiggy-winkle, my sister was scared of the Mrs Tiggy-Winkle model in the museum.

When I got a bit older I loved Alice in Wonderland but my mum never liked it. She likes the Tim Burton film but she thinks the books are "just a load of nonsense", I always told her that was the point.

Am so happy you posted this topic, want to write&illustrate kids books someday! Uh I think of the top of my head I really enjoyed the lady bird series of 'learn to read' called Peter and Jane because there were so many increasing in difficulty and they had these beautiful watercolor illustrations.
