Help a baby girl and young couple

I've been asked for help by a teen mother who is about to have her baby in April. This young couple is in need of help. The boyfriend works but barely Makes enough money to pay the bills. I want to help them but I'm struggling myself, so I told them to make a baby registry of things they want but to also include cheaper options and I would get the world out for them and see if anyone has the heart to start out this young couple and their daughter by buying anything off their registry, no matter how big or how small they will appreciate it a lot.
