Felt

I'm just curious, but why do people make felt versions of real life objects? Like sandwiches, and cabbages? Where do you put them after you're done making them? Is it for the kids or just for novelty?

It's a novelty thing. They're like stuffed toys that you would buy in the store, only you make them yourself, into whatever you want. It's often a geeky thing, too. Some people sell them, or make them as gifts, I personally make them for my little girl. I've made her a bunch of felt foods, for playing like she's cooking.

I too, make them for my daughter or gifts for preschoolers. They are super cute. I like to make fruit baskets! hehe

I make them cuz i think its funny. XD
It makes people that see them laugh too.
I usually just sit them somewhere in my room. :/ I'll probably sit them in my kitchen once i move to a place of my own.
