What are your plans for Halloween?

I reckon I'll just been off to the pub, how original! What kind of things do you guys get up to on Halloween?

I hope some kids come by. Last year no one came for candy and we had to eat it Happy Happy

I wish we had something to do on halloween but the parties are all the weekend before. It is our 9 yr anniversary as well, so maybe we'll do something for that.

Wow, Halloween's your anniversary? That's cool. You should have a romantic, but spooky anniversary!

My 3-year-old is ready and raring to go trick-or-treating. She came to my job earlier this week and ran around in her costume. She wore it for awhile at her birthday party Tuesday night. I think she would wear it to bed if she could!

I'm going to a party full of my boyfriend's friends in London.
I knew they were having a party before we were invited and I kept getting on at him to get us an invite but he didn't because he's quite useless.
In the end I had to have a teeny weeny party for my few friends. Only, as soon as I'd organised it I managed to get us an invite for the London party too. I was partly annoyed but partly happy that we could have a halloween warm up at my house before the big party.

Also it means I get to do two costumes!

That's my friend as a cow and his boyfriend as Bacchus the God of Wine.

My boyfriend went as Tesco (I made him a costume out of plastic bags)
I went as a red Indian, I made a headdress consisting of a lot of feathers i'd rather forget the price of, and some yellow card and paint.
And my best friend went as a Russian, although she must've got some cultures mixed up as she had a dress like Heidi and a big Furry Russian hat on with a soviet union brooch on it. Bless.

awww adorable!!

Well I was going on about how they don't celebrate it here(iceland) and I went out Saturday night and there were loads of bloody people dressed up!! I asked someone about it and she said they are getting more and more into it every year, apparently a lot of places have fancy dress competitions!!! At least I know for next year! haha

Sounds like a case of "any excuse to party" to me, opposite-girl.
