Resin?

I see a lot of people using this to make jewelry and other really nice things, but I'm a crazy newb and haven't heard of it before, where can I get some to experiment with?

I got mine at Hobby Lobby. I got a pretty big box of it for $30 but they have smaller boxes too. It's really simple; it comes with two different bottles of liquid. You mix them in equal parts and pour them over your image (after you put a protectant coat of elmers glue so the ink doesn't bleed) Then wait for it to dry.
