So I've been wanting to post some future swap Ideas, once I may or may not host and such, but didn't want to flood the bored with a topic for each idea. So I decided to start one topic where everyone can come and post they're swap Ideas!
So that being said, here's what I'm thinking this thread can be used for.
Ideas you plan on starting but want to get a feel on if there is interest.
Ideas that you want someone else to start a swap for. (for those who don't feel comfortable running a swap). I'll call these Adoptable swaps and keep a list on here

SOO I'll start off with some swaps I'd like to run sometime in the future or would like to see run.
-A Sailor Moon Swap <-Serious Want For this!
-An Anime Swap
This one I have some specific Ideas for.
The purpose would be to learn about a new anime! I would try to not pair up people with the same anime interests. The whole fun of this swap would be to get to know a new anime you either haven't heard of or never thought of watching
-T-shirt swap
you'd exchange decorated T's
-Character Swap
This would be for those (like me) who have Original Characters, you would post they're discription and have three something made of them. Like I would probably do a small plushie(or dotee doll), clay pendant, and either a painting, or something abstract...
-Cyberpunk Swap
-Jewelry Swap! -3 crafted by you and 1 bought (not expensive though!)
Some Swaps I'd like to see run again cause I missed out on them
-Geeky Swap
-Steampunk swap

This is a good idea Cassie, buuut Jolanda sis already make this topic, lol. I know it gets a little confusing around here, the other post is to try and get swaps set up if you just have a general idea of what you want to do. Then you can see how many people are involved. Then you can post it on the swap shop to get dates out there and stuff.
Other than that I def like the idea of a jewelry swap or a geek swap those are always some of my favorites. I was actually thinking about doing a jewelry swap, but having who is sending to you a secret, lol. So you know who you are sending to, but not from whom your reciving, lol. What do you think about that?
I didn't mean for this to be for requesting swaps. Just to toss around Ideas for swaps that may or may not happen.
I thought the swap request bored was for finding someone to do a swap with you. I can delete this post though and just go post on there, I just worried about flooding it with mere Ideas, of what may or may not happen, and making it harder for people to see those who were actually looking for a swap then and there...
Anyway If I should delete this it's no biggie, I don't mind

wo0t! I think this is a great idea.
We should keep the Swap Requests on the other board for people who only want to do a quick specific swap with someone else, and keep this board for throwing swap ideas out there and seeing the response you get to determine whether to do it or not. That's just my opinion though.

I LOVE your ideas about a Sailor Moon or Anime swap!
I would definitely be down for whichever.
I was also thinking about a Jewelery swap!
I noticed that alot(if not all) of us do and like to make jewelery, and I like the idea of keeping it anonymous :p

-maybe an ongoing Matchbox swap, or round 3 sometime soon maybe late August?

-video game swap (we make things based of partners fav video games)

Well I guess it that kinda makes sence to keep them seperate, lol. Anyway Some on should deff host the Secert Jewelry Swap soon! I think thaa is a great idea, but not me, I'm pooped. I love the idea of the video game too, but maybe just combine that in with the geekery one, because some people who like the geeky stuff dont really play video games like me and sally! And anyone who wanted to pick up the matchbox swaps is more than welcome Maybe we could do some Fall themed swaps

I'd be up for a sailor moon, anime, cyber & steam punks, geeky, game, t-shirt, jewellery, monster plushie, matchbox or inchie swap. Just not all at the same time, please!!
The secret swapper idea would be fun. You would know who was all involved in the swap but we could all guess who sent ours. Then when you had posted your pic of what you received and said who you thought had sent, everyone else could guess. Once everyone had posted, we could all come clean

I LOVE the idea about a video game swap! (and all the rest of your ideas). I'm super into some video games and would love to make VG based Crafts!
Pammerz: I think we shoud have a geek swap AND a VG swap -Is quickly becoming addicted to swapping...It's so theraputic!)
Essex Debs: I've never made a decorated matchbox or and inchie, but would like to try!
Bindiibabe: I know I'll be keeping any swaps I hosted at no more than 2 a month (if that) as it is I won't be hosting another swap till September, the next one I do will either be the T-shirt, Anime, or Sailor Moon
