Christmas Stocking Swap Idea Phase

Anyways, because theres some intrest for this as a swap, here we go
So I had the idea for a stocking swap. You would either make a standard sized Christmas stocking, or purchase one and decorate it to the taste of your partner. As well you would make 2-3 small items that could be used as the "stocking stuffer". They could be anything, like a little plush, or a set of earings. I'm hoping that this will be classified as a small swap, but please correct me if i'm wrong.

Swap Rules:
* Newcomer swap must be completed
* Please keep in contact with your partner
* If you can't complete the swap for any reason, please let your partner know

So i was thinking that we could have the sign ups open until Novemeber 15th, that gives everybody a little over a week to decide if they want to join. Because the swap is christmas themed, and were only in november, i was thinking about having the send out date around the 16th of December. This would give us around a month to craft, and if you have a full plate at the moment, you could still join. Is this a good send out date for most people?

I love this idea, I just don't know if I could do it right now because I'm knee deep in projects already. I'll keep checking back to see if you do it b/c I'd really like to, just don't know if I have the time or motivation right now.

Jolanda, ive seen stockings come in all sizes, so i dont really think theres a set size. But im sure if you talk to your partner about it, they would be ok doing a mini sized one so they can swap with you Happy

How would everyone feel about an earlier send out? I'm thinking December 9th instead of the 16th, it would mean even if something is shipped internationally, it should be received before Christmas time.
