This looks like it would actually be an easy project to do. If anyone could take on the challenge to make a top very similar to this. Either from scratch or from recycled fashion. If you make a top please post a how-to :)

this looks like it could be made with a simple t-shirt alteration.

I'd take a fitted striped t-shirt, insert an elastic band with bias tape under the bust and gather stitch the vertical center of the top to create a sweetheart effect. Then I'd just sew a bow to the middle. It looks like this one has cups sewn in for support but you leave those off if you prefer wearing your own bra...

I'd I get around to it I'll make a how to :)

Ohh This is cute!
I would use a sturdy strapless bra as a base for it :3
