Have you ever looked at Tavi Gevinson's blog Style Rookie? It is really good, I think she is 16 now but started it when she was 12.

I looks really good. One you might like for inspiration is http://self-constructed-freak.blogspot.co.uk/ - she's also young and has a very cool blog of fashion, crafting, music and other stuff. She's got a wonderfully original style which I love.
