We have just had a roast dinner mmmmmmm yummy! Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted onion, boiled carrots and peas with a nice pouring of gravy and some mint sauce. Nom nom!

Last night I made this amazingly simple and super delicious potato and ham skillet. And tonight I will be making.....whole wheat spaghetti with ground turkey.

Spaghetti bolognaise. I ate it a few days ago at my boyfriend's: he gave it an "Indonesean touch" by adding banana to it, not bad (the taste altered, but it did not give the sauce a big surplus value).

I'm not sure what we are having yet. My CRPS has spread and means I can do very little in the way of cooking and house work. My sweet fella or my teenage daughter will make us something when they get home. It will be something with noodles if my daughter makes it and something with chips if it's my fella...Lol
