My mom makes the best icing in the whole world, store bought got nothing on her. but she's also been cooking and baking since about 10, and is now fifty. And also had her own catering company for a while, so I believe she does kick my ass on experience (but i can make pastry and she cant *evil grin*)

I like V-day to a point, but sometimes i think it's over done in stores. And some people get so stupid over it. Like girlfriend breaking up with boyfriends because the couldn't afford to buy the girls a present.

yeh it's corperate love day but it's nice but its so stupid when people get really shallow about it or really down on val's cuz they don't have a valentine I've only ever had one the same one as last year! once i got a fake one, at school you could buy them and send them like actual post/mail but just in the school, but my 'friends' told me they were gonna do it anyway I didn't even open it I just shoved it in the bin, bit embarrasing infront of the whole class.

But like I said it is quite nice really Happy and BOOOONS!!!

I think it's great fun, and i cook dinners for my boyfriend and making him things for it. He loves it, but feels bad because he couldn't afford anything this time around. But i don't care. Next month is our 2 year, so he can get me something than. And it will be even better than.

My valentines day was horrible. We had an announcement after flag and we found out that one of the eighth graders died from the flu. Everyone went around all day crying or being depressed.
