I'm not entirely new to this site I've been inspired from the crafters here for years I've just never posted any of my own stuff. Recently though I opened up my own Etsy shop and started a blog in order to share my crafting passion with the world! Ive been sewing, knitting, crocheting, and crafting just about everything for as long as I can remember!

hi! I was out of commission for awhile so i'm just getting back into the swing of things I love making altered books & i'm interested in a wide array of crafting techniques, ideas, projects & any knowledge anyone has to share!!! I'm also interested in mixed media, & anything else i can learn how to do...basically, i just love to create things i wanted to say hello & i'd love to meet some people.

I found this site few months ago, and I was stunned by the amount of talented crafters we have here! I've just registered, so I hope I'll get to post something new to inspire people.

Newbie here. I've been trolling the site for ideas for a while now, but recently decided to start posting my own things as well. I'm currently a student at Virginia Marti College of Art and Design in Ohio in the fashion design program. My dream job would be to design costumes for movies (I made the Slenderman costume in my profile picture for Halloween last year, and I'm in the planning stages to do Sam from Trick'R Treat next year if I can find orange footie pajamas), but for now I'd just like to start supporting myself with my clothes, jewelry, and crafts. I started with hemp jewelry and t-shirt mods just after graduating high school four years ago, but recently my biggest seller has been my plush zombies and characters that I call Blockheads because of their big square heads. I have a facebook and a storenvy for my goodies, and I work with a charity burlesque group as a vendor at their events once or twice a month. I love it to death and I wish I could do more with them, but unfortunately school takes up most of my time these days. If you'd like to see more of my work here's some links:

And this is the charity group I work with. If you're in the Cleveland area and you're into burlesque/vaudeville at all, you should definitely check them out. They're an amazing group of ladies who know how to throw a great party for an even greater cause, whatever that cause may be. And they're pretty crafty themselves! They make a lot of their own costumes.
