comic shoes

hey i realy want to make the comic shoes by mia (here's the link : http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/comic_shoes_2 ) but dont have clear acrilc spray could i glue the comic on with home made mod podge the put the home made mode podge over the top to make the more water proof ???

I don't think the home made mod podge is waterproof enough for shoes. I think you can buy outdoor mod podge (as it were) which would be better. Or buy a spray varnish from a hardware store and whack a couple of coats of that on.
