My style is not cool, its pretty much a hodge podge of everything. This is our bedroom/my craft/computer area! I think I posted these somewhere else around here.

I wouldn't say direct inspiration, as the things I tend to draw or make are way more cutesy than the actual things I like myself.. which may be weird I dunno. But looking at images other people have made inspires me, so in a way they do Happy

But then again, with four of us living here currently (one bedroom - eep! At least one is only temporary), space is a reasonable sacrifice for all of us being able to make rent.

since i'm far too young to be living on my own i still live with my parents.
well, i suppose i'm not THAT young.. Tongue
but, i can't get a full time job yet so i wouldn't be able to rent out my own place.

if i did, i would probably fill it up with antique furniture, paintings, and the like... [well, if i could afford it anyway xD]
i love antique furniture, i love how a lot of it looks old and distressed Tongue

but uhh.. my bedroom isn't how i'd like it to be at all.. it's damp, it's cold, it's lilac & pink, and.. it's messy. xP

oh and marieke b, i love the picture of your living room. i love the piano especially.

I really miss all my stuff from Ireland. I am thinking of trying to bring some with me when I pop over in the new year. Just ornaments and certain framed pics and some xmas decs Happy

My room is an absolute state. I'm a generally messy person which doesn't really help Tongue, but my room's in the attic so we've got nowhere else to store all our junk. And the way my room is weirdly shaped means that I can't have any cupboards or anything. I really want it decorated, but there's no point as I'm not gonna find the time and this time next year I will have moved out (fingers crossed).
Here's some pictures of the icky green monstrosity that is my room...




(these are like a year old, but you're not getting pictures of it as it is now because there's junk all over the floor, the way every 18 year old's bedroom should be :p)


Edit: I just realised that my amazing curtains aren't these pictures! See where the really long dodgy green ones are in the 1st and last photos, they've been replaced with navy blue ones with space things on them (planets, rockets, shooting stars, moons, astronauts). They're glittery and everything, and they only cost me £4 from a charity shop. I'm actually in love with them Tongue

My favorite thing, my shelf of Disney collectibles. I collect all kinds of different Mickey's. I don't have THAT many, right? O__o

This is my..makeshit craft area for now. Also, my dresser, but I do crafts over there because the light is better, and all the little drawers hold all my stuff.
