American Girl "Tiny Treats"

Does anyone own/has anyone read this book? It's so cool, and I am really wanting to make some of the treats for my daughter's third birthday, in February. I can't go buy it, right now, but I'm planning to, as soon as I start working(beginning of the month). I have found a few bloggers who have made some treats and showed them online, but not many. Two recipes I have seen, and am going to try, are tiny cakes, made from layering Oreo cookies and icing, and then icing the stack like a tiny cake. You let it set, and later slice it like a real cake, and it has beautiful layers. Another is the tiny doughnut, which is a cheerio either dipped in chocolate and sprinkles, or rolled in either cinnamon sugar or confectioner's sugar. I don't know if I'm going to do the doughnuts, but the cake will be perfect. Sofi says she wants a Tinker Bell party, and what better to go with the theme than faerie sized snacks and treats? OH, I just remembered, another was an ice cream cone-a Bugle chip with a ball of flavored cream cheese on top! If anyone has any more ideas, or if you've tried the recipes in the book, let me know! I really am going to buy it, so please don't worry that I'm trying to cheat. I'm just trying to get all my ideas and plans down for certain for the party. Thanks, XOXOXO
Heather
