I'm not vegetarian, but my sister is and she got me loving hummus. I found this really awesome spinach and artichoke hummus where I use to work and it was super delicious!

Oh man, I love hummus! Now I really wanna make some with artichokes, I've mostly been eating olive hummus.

Love almost anything indian. I make spinach or zucchini dal at least once a week, and when I'm not lazy I make garlic naan. Nothing > naan. Took me forever to find a vegan recipe with yeast (the yeastless one I've made turned out not so good).

Oh, I love naan, too! When I visited my sister in Colorado we went to a Nepalese/Indian restaurant and they had naan and I think I ate most of that. It was really good.

Score! It's always like, 5x better from a restaurant, but so expensive. I think I've only had restaurant naan once. Happy Haven't made it in a long time, because I think the winter weather totally screwed it up last time, so I've been too discouraged to make more lately.

If you like cold pizza, I have a recipe you'll enjoy.

Cold Veggie Pizza:
1 Pizza crust
1 8oz package whipped cream cheese
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 carrot, grated
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
broccoli, chopped into small pieces
1/2 red onion, sliced

Spread the cream cheese evenly over the pizza crust, then pile on your veggies. Refrigerate if it isn't cold enough, then slice & eat.

It's really awesome in the summer for pool parties and just a meal in general.

Omg, that sounds amaaazing. Do want.

For some reason I've been craving to bake mac n cheese in a pizza crust with a bunch of bread crumbs. I dunno why really, just sounds awesome.

I like to make minestrone soup and add tons of pasta to it so it's more filling. My non-vegetarian friends love it.
And I make curry but I just buy curry paste. I don't make it from scratch.
I also like to make cheese filled pasta.
And stir frys are yummy =D
I've never really liked fake meat. There these fake chicken patties I like but other than that I've never really been a fan. I like tofu but only really it's not pretending to be red meat, if that makes sense?

I agree, I like tofu

Tofu ftw. Love it best when it's been frozen and scrambly with some garbanzo beans and my fave spice combination (chili powder and garlic powder). Hella don't like fake anything, but only 'cuz it's super pricey. I do like tofurkey and boca burgers with tons of garlic granules and pepper, though.

I had deep fried tofu once. I didn't like it very much though. I mean the taste was okay, it was just the texture I didn't like.

I pretty much live on tofu stirfry. I like it a bit crispy with a tonne of mixed vegetables and udon noodles mmmm...
What other stuff do people do with tofu? All I've ever really done with it is add it to noodles and rice.
