Mad Hatter Nail Art Help

I'm dressing up as a burlesque style Mad Hatter for Halloween this year and I'm a bit stuck on how to do my nails. Any ideas??

i did this for my friend a while back ill see if i can find a picture and that may help. acrillic paint pens are what i used and then a clear coat over them and they stayed
