When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?

Sadly, I don't have any special story - will have to make something up by the time I'm rich and famous and writing an autobiography. I'm pretty sure the first thing I made was extremely banal, like lasagne or some kind of pasta.

What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?

My kitchen isn't big, but it's big enough and cozy. I have a lot of fresh herbs, I love them!

What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?

Don't be afraid! I think that many people are for some reason convinced that they can't cook, while they are all perfectly capable of preparing a delicious meal. It's not difficult at all.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?

I've always wanted to host a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for my friends - I've never had one as it's not a Polish holiday. But I really want a huge roasted turkey on my table!

Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?

Most of my interests evolve around food. I love discovering new flavors: by going out, traveling or just listening to what people have to say. And I love food photography. Food makes such a patient model. Maybe except for ice cream.
