Help!

So this year my school is having a cooking contest/bake sale thing and its always really fun. I really want to enter this year so i was cruising the internet for recipes when I found this picture of a gorgeous cupcake (http://www.flickr.com/photos/noelleaquino/4520752195/). I have a great recipe for the cake part but I can't find a recipe for the strawberry gelatin topping! I know that is what it is because I translated the portugese comments below the picture.It would be so, so, so, totally awesome if someone could find or make a recipe that works. Any ideas?
