Swimsuit!!

I really really want to make a swimsuit this summer - more specifically one similar to this:

Does anyone had any advice about where to find good, cheap lycra material (preferably in the UK or Europe) or any tips on how to work with the fabric? I figure I'll just need a basic romper tutorial for the actual shape and I guess a good waterproof fabric pen might be good for making the strawberry seeds.

can´t see the pic, it says error... but try ebay to find lycra or google some online fabric shops, usually a wide range shop has lycra in stock, or maybe go to a shop for figure skating supplies.
i didn´t work with that material but some class mates did and it was really a b**** sometimes. i think best for sewing is a serger or a sewing machine with twin needle.

If you're in the south of the UK, there's a chain of fabric stores called Fabric Land (www.fabricland.co.uk) which definitely sells the stuff - it's listed on their website as 'swimsuit material' and they had it in stock in my local one when I went in yesterday Happy
If you need to order online, places like Abakhan (http://www.abakhan.co.uk) and Calico Laine (http://www.calicolaine.co.uk) threw up some results too.
P.S. That romper is super adorable! Please tell me you're posting pictures of the end result? :3
