Guys, I need help

So, I got the replacement part for my sewing machine, and it fits and all that, but now the bobbin thread won't raise! Everything is threaded right, I don't know whats wrong Happy

Do you guys know why this is happening?

All the sewing machines are rising up against us!

I have that problem as well and I haven't replaced anything in mine.

I haven't been able to get mine working either. Every time I start it up and do a row I get to the end and its only sewed on one side a couple of stitches and then it seems to pretend to stitch for the rest of the row. I don't seem to notice until I pull it out and go to trim the thread and think 'hang on...'. I'm not sure if I've just been threading it up wrong but there aren't that many ways I could thread it and I never used to have problems. So I would therefore agree that sewing machines across the world are going on strike.
