How do I make different folders?

Hi, guys
I have loads of Favourites, and I want to make a few folders to sort them out a bit. But, just one problem... I can't find out how to make them! Has anyone got any directions that I can follow, or am I just being really dumb?

On each project, it will give you an option to add it to a list. When you click on the "Add Item to List" button, a page will load giving you the option to add the project to an existing list, or you can create a new one.
