Not received a contest prize.

I won a book a while ago, claimed my prize & gave my address & got an email saying the publisher would send it to me. I still haven't received it. Has anyone else had this problem? Does it usually just take a long time?

One of my prizes took a couple weeks to arrive. I couldn't complain, they were after all giving me something at their own personal expense- and everyone gets busy.

I had this happen to me once too - I simply messaged Cat and she chased it up and it arrived shortly after.

i find they usually take a good few weeks to a month to arrive. i wouldnt worry.

Hey Georgia, just send us a message letting us know which book it was. The shipping of the books can get delayed sometimes, if one of the winners takes a while to respond with their address, but the publishers tend to be pretty quick when we chase them up!
