Can anyone explain how the swap board works? I'm interested in some stuff but not sure how you actually swap stuff. Thanks for the help!

Hello Melissa, and welcome to the boards as well as CO+K!
Essentially swaps work like this:
People are paired up by the person who starts the swap thread, and they create a certain amount of items intended for he other person.(The newcomer swap seems to be anywhere from 4-7, and i definitely recommenced starting with the newcomer swap)
After this they ship the packages to each other at a predetermined time(May either be determined by the swap or the individual pairs, depending.) decided upon before they begin. When the packages arrive, they share pictures with everyone else if they so choose, and happy crafters abound.
It's pretty straightforward in the thick of it, you just have to be sure to plan well and have your cost of shipping set aside
