Im Lost on how to start a swap

Well you choose a theme and see if any one is interested I guess then pair them up. Have you done any before? x

Yeah, try joining the newbie swap first if you've never done one, but as far as how to actually start one, asking here won't get you any help from Cat or Tom because they don't have anything to do with swaps except providing us the platform to do them.
