Body jewelry sites?

For the longest time, I have been going to www.piercedfish.com for all my ear and nose jewelry. I just got my philtrum pierced a few days ago and in the next three and a half weeks while it heals, I will be looking for a cool piece of jewelry to put in it.

I am trying to find something that has small gems, like 3mm or so. I currently have the 5mm standard ball in and if I can find something smaller to screw on in its place, I'd be happy. Sadly, PF doesn't quite have what I'm looking for as all the 14g labret/monroe jewelry has 4mm or 5mm and sometimes 6mm balls.

So, if you have facial piercings, where do you go for your jewelry? Do you know of any sites that sell PFTE/Bioplastic/Bio Flex jewelry?
(Hot Topic and Spencer's are kind of out of my reach since they're both about 70 miles away and their stuff is usually acrylic and expensive.)

I do t look for jewelry but I guess I can make it
Earring post and rhinestones and clear nail polish or a sealer to coat it on top

Earrings aren't appropriate for facial piercings since the metals are usually much cheaper and thinner.

Although, there are flat "balls" on a few pieces of jewelry I've seen but I don't know if they're made for lip piercings.
