New Year's Resolutions?
So I've been jogging every day as my new year resolution and I'm loving it. Anyone else make any and did you stick to them?
It wasn't a resolution, but we have been doing push ups 3 times a week and sticking with it. It's paying off!!
We are following this 100 push up program, where you start off doing a couple then gradually progress to being able to 100! I can do about 40 now, you take about a minute break in between every couple.
