Doctor Who are you?

Im a big fan of Doctor Who, and rather sad that Matt Smith isnt going to be the doctor for much longer. many of my crafts on here are based on Doctor Who. i have so many TARIDS' in my room its crazy.

Who do we think is going to be the next Doctor?

Has anyone been inspired by doctor who and crafty creations related to doctor who?

Im currently working on a cross-stitch with all of the 11 doctors on it. im not sure it will be all done by the time there is a 12th, it is taking a long time. but i love it.

I'm going to miss Mr Smith as he's been the only Doctor so far that I've watched ALL the episodes of. Plus I hate change, I don't mind who it is I'm hoping it'll be an "unknown" actor so I can just see him as the Doctor and no one else, obviously I think it has to be a man because it's really a man's role. Although if in my wildest dreams I could give it to anyone I'd love to see Rupert Grint play the Doctor, he'd be cool. Happy

I think they have been playing on the woman angle for a while with his daughter etc but yes it is likely to be a man. I suspect a woman will come but they would be slightly afraid of alienating fans. Female doctor with handsome male companion seems a bit far for conservative tastes lol.

It's interesting that two major British institutions Doctor Who and James Bond have good variation in actors. Perhaps Dr is to Geeky to be he-man though - just cool.

I think that the idea that Dr. Who changes is AMAZING!!!! It takes a really big actor to accept a part, get good at it, get a fan base, and then BAM switch and it is a new guy. I really admire the makers and actors that do this show and come and go without being "cry baby American afraid to loose a job" GO DR. WHO!!!!! I can only sporadically watch, so I get random Dr's all the time Happy

Im quite excited about the 50th special coming in november. Tennant and smith seen in spoiler pictures. What secrets do we think could be revealed? Hidden past regeneration? Another time lord?
