I am trying to learn to crochet, I got a dvd and a hook and some yarn but at the moment there is more pulling out and swearing than actual crochet going on. I'm going to do more sewing and also embroidery. I keep meaning to go back to drawing too=)

I plan to start taking sewing courses, so I can finally learn how to make patterns and stuff like that. Besides that I plan on making some drawings in oil painting for my walls, but I still don't know what I want to draw, and I plan to draw a gigantic lotus flower on my wall with acrylic paints.
And, if I manage to get a good camera I'd start doing photography. Oh, and finish a knit hat I'm doing for my best friend's mom, some fingerles gloves for a friend and another hat for my brother. That's it! Happy

And its more awesome, because you can wear it as a skirt too. Im planning to knit it with purple and black thin yarn, with really thick knitting needles. So it will be reticulated.
I hope it will look as half as good as the one on the picture...

I am determined to make a dress out of the beautiful Batman fabric in Boyes this year. Hopefully I can do that in the next two weeks - I won't have anything else to do haha.

My problem is having the money, and fitting it around my uni schedule =(

I'm saving up for a PMC kit, I've got some cool ideas but it's all a bit expensive!

Every time I read this thread I find more things I want to learn to do lol.
What is a PMC kit please? It's probably blindingly obvious but my brains broken:p
Boyes is a brilliant store, when I lived in Brid I was in there all the time=)

I have no idea what one is either, so don't feel bad!!

I want to learn to knit or crochet, make my first quilt, sew clothes, and start painting a bit - if only to liven up some furniture bits!! Oh I also saw this really neat thing in a book yesterday, about making things by combining papers and fabric. It was AWESOME!! Maybe I'll figure out how to do that.... =)

PMC is precious metal clay....you mould it into anything you like, just like polymer clay, and then heat it with a blowtorch and it turns into silver.
Check it out at http://www.argentice.co.uk
I hinted for a starter kit for christmas, but no-one took it up! So I'm saving up for one myself...
