Elf ears?

Anyone have any suggestion on how to make elf ears without a mold ?? thanks

You can use foam or stiff paper but they won't look very realistic.

There's a company called Aradani Studios that makes all kinds, some are only $10 for a pair and they are realistic and really high quality. I'd recommend them if your materials are going to be more than what they sell ears for.
